Optimized messages that were repetitive and added ability for core errors to specify more details optionally.

- Made LoadKernelSystemMode return a pair consisting of a system mode and a result code (Could use review).
- Deleted ErrorOpenGL error code in favor of just having ErrorVideoCore.
- Made dialog messages more clear.
- Compared archive ID in fs_user.cpp to ArchiveIdCode::NCCH as opposed to hex magic.
- Cleaned up some other stuff.

video_core didn't even properly use them, and they were the source of
many otherwise-unnecessary dependencies from core to video_core.

Bleeding edge builds now have "Citra Bleeding Edge" in the titlebar

* Removes circular dependences (common should not depend on core)

Allows users to choose a single screen layout or a large screen layout.
Adds a configuration option to change the prominent screen.

This makes clang-format useful on those.

Also add a bunch of forgotten transitive includes, which otherwise
prevented compilation.
